Model PRM is a spiral casing pump in process design with magnetic coupling according to API 685.

The pump has a permanent magnet coupling, and the containment shell hermetically seals the fluid to the outside.

An internal circulation current dissipates the heat generated by the eddy current losses.

The volute casing has sturdy cast-on supports for a center-axle suspension as well as a welded and flanged emptying.

The axial thrust compensation is done by relief holes, back buckets or other measures. Running and split rings are standard on the suction and pressure sides.

The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in SiC plain bearings, the drive shaft is mounted in oil-lubricated roller bearings.
