OH1 – Volute Casing Pumps

Type NCL
Standard chemical pump PN 16 according to ISO 2858.

Adapted from the characteristic diagram sizes and the requirements of the operator, it is graded so that the best possible efficiency is achieved. This pump is a single-stage, single-flow volute casing pump in process design, with axial suction port and centered, vertically upwardly pointing discharge port.

The axial thrust compensation takes place through relief bores, wear rings are standard on the intake and delivery side. The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in a cylindrical roller bearing and a pair of angular contact ball bearings or bilateral deep groove ball bearings.

In addition to the standard version, the following special constructions are available:

– Pump housing with heating jacket
– Spiral housing with axle central suspension
– Version with open impeller and wear disc
– Inducer
